We have 3 spacious lounges giving residents ample opportunity to find their own space and 3 dining areas as well. We are currently undergoing substantial refurbishment with the re-carpeting of all of these rooms.

There are 5 public toilets and an assisted bathroom to which we have recently added a Sovereign, Kent adjustable bath. This not only has a first class bath hoist which allows for easy transer of residents into the bath, but also allows for the whole bath to be raised to waist height to let staff give comfortable and safe assistance when required.

All our bedrooms (except one) are en-suite with either baths or showers. We are currently replacing the ensuite baths with shower cubicles which we find are more suitable and in greater demand to promote client independence.

We have large grounds with 2 garden areas joined by a level tarmac path enabling all our clients to make the most of whatever fine weather we may have.

There are 2 summer houses which are a popular feature of the garden as well as adequate seating so that everyone can enjoy the fresh air in comfort. A level path runs on the fringes of the garden which allows for safe walking by our residents. A purpose built fence and handrail ensures the safety of this feature.

Now that the Summer has finally arrived, the main summerhouse is in full use and activities are thriving in the gardens.
