From the moment someone joins us they are integrated into the team on the basis of level of skill and knowledge.
- All of the staff undertake yearly updates of legislative training such as First Aid, Manual Handling and Fire.
- Challenging and varied training programme.
- All staff have a period of induction training upon joining the team
- On-going professional development as denoted by the Skills for Care Council.
- Most members of staff have either finished or are actively pursuing NVQs at either Level 2 or 3.
- Our Manager is a qualified NVQ Assessor which speeds up the qualifications process.
- We have recently been re-awarded the IIP Charter Mark.
NIGHT CARER
We are looking for an experienced Night Carer for one night a week who can also to provide holiday cover.
We need someone with drive, enthusiasm and lots of ititiative who is able to work to extremely high standards and administer medication.

ACTIVITIES CO-ORDINATOR
We are looking for a part time Activities Co-ordinator to rise to the challenge of implementing their own ideas and putting into action a robust and varied programme of activities for our clients that is both mentally and physically stimulating. We are looking for someone who will move forward with the programme we already have in place and add to the links we are building with our local community. Activites will include those that happen in the home as well as outings, theatre and cinema trips and meals in restaurants. This is a very varied and broad brief and we are looking for the right person to rise to a very interesting challenge.
