ANNUAL SPORTS DAY - 28/08/2008
The annual staff sports day took place on one of the only dry evenings of August 2008.
The two competing teams included staff, owners, relatives and friends and a great deal of fun was had by everyone taking part. The events included Archery, football, a scooter race, fancy dress race and finished up with the Nintendo Wii.
Both teams turned out to be very evenly matched and the very competitive eveing ended in an honourable draw.
Many of the residents were enthusiastic spectators and joined in the BBQ and availed themselves of a celebratory drink.
We look forward to next year and are going to think up some even more challenging events to test the staff!!!
